Hi! I’m Aiyob, currently working as a Trainee Research Associate at the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD). I hold undergraduate and graduate degrees in Economics from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. I am deeply passionate about exploring the socio-economic challenges faced by underdeveloped countries and contributing to their sustainable development. 

My strengths lie in effective communication, problem-solving, and collaborating with diverse teams. I thrive in environments that require creativity, cultural sensitivity, and strategic thinking.

Outside of academics and professional interests, I enjoy traveling, experiencing different cultures, exchanging ideas, and engaging in social initiatives that aim to make a meaningful impact on communities.
